Sharon Yvonne Stone is the sole child from Dorothy Lawson (an accountant) and Joseph William Stone II, an engineer and tool maker. She was also a employee in a manufacturing plant. Her birth date was 10 March 1958, at Meadville Pennsylvania. She has three siblings: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was thought to be gifted academically in her early years and entered in second grade at the age of five. She earned a high school diploma from Saegertown located in Saegertown situated in Pennsylvania in 1975. Additionally, she participated at the Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone moved from Pennsylvania to New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt, to explore a career as a model. In less than a month she was signed with Ford Modeling Agency. The next stage was Europe in the course of a year in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone was, however, dissatisfied with the acting and modeling in Europe. Stone decided to keep her acting career going as an actress while she lived there. Woody Allen starred in "Stardust Memories" that was a film with mixed reviews aged 20.
